New Luxury Standard is an independent advisory practice. We treat every inquiry, engagement, and correspondence with the discretion appropriate to the operators, owners, and leadership teams we serve.
Information we receive
We receive the information you choose to provide when submitting an inquiry: your name, role, organization, contact details, and the context of your inquiry. Separately, and only with your consent, we collect limited analytics and advertising data as described below.
How we use it
Inquiry information is used solely to respond to you, scope a potential engagement, and, where engaged, deliver our work. It is reviewed directly by our team and not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.
Analytics and advertising
Where you accept our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to understand how our site is used and to measure our advertising. These services may set cookies and receive limited technical data, including a hashed form of your email address when you submit a form. You can decline at any time, and declining leaves every essential function of the site intact.
Engagements
All engagements are undertaken under written agreement with explicit confidentiality provisions. Findings, reports, and correspondence remain the property and confidence of the engaging party.
Data retention
We retain inquiry correspondence for a reasonable period to support follow-up. You may request deletion at any time by writing to contact@newluxurystandard.com.
